On August 22, 2008 the State AG's office reached a court approved non-binding settlement, in which a photographer could give up their rights to compensation and allow the AG's office to distribute his or hers photographs/videos in exchange for a position in the creditor's pool.

We do not believe there will be enough credit card refunds to compensate the photographers anywhere near the losses we sustained, and we believe the best approach to solve the issues is to let the Bride & Grooms to deal with the photographers directly without the government's involvement.

Consumer Protection does not trump basic Property Rights.

As many of you may already know, Celebration Studios has not been paying its photographers and videographers since 2007. It is now apparent that the studio has closed all branches and canceled many 2008 weddings, which left our photographer without booking for 2008. On internet we see many B&G who booked their wedding in 2008 at Celebration Studios are trying to get in touch with us. We provide this website for prospective B&G to get in touch with their photographers, to view our work, and hopefully to book weddings with the photographers directly. After all, we are excellent photographers, and was wronged by Celebration Studios as well.
